Permanent placement
We present a shortlist, attend interviews, conduct references and negotiate the contract. Our placement fee is 25% of the agreed annual gross compensation, payable on the candidate's first day. A six-month replacement guarantee is included as standard.

Temporary & seasonal staff
For summer residences, charters, events and interim cover, staff are employed directly by Pagliuca and seconded to your household. One invoice. Full payroll, social charges and insurance handled by our office.
